Delete your Dorotheus account

This page is for the Dorotheus app by Trinigence Inc.. You can delete your account and personal data at any time, with or without the app installed.

In the app

1. Open Dorotheus and go to You.
2. Tap ⋯, then Settings.
3. Tap Request account deletion, then Request deletion.

Your account and the data listed below are then deleted.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Dorotheus account”, from the email address linked to your account. We will send a confirmation code to that address to make sure the request comes from you, and delete the account within 30 days of confirmation.

Signed in with Apple and chose “Hide My Email”? Your account uses an Apple relay address. Either write to us from the Apple ID email that Apple forwards to, or add your real email in the app first (Profile → How you sign in → Add), then write from that address.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifiers
• Your profile: name, gender, birth date, time and place
• Your answers, insights, Core and Journal
• Notification tokens and analytics identifiers linked to you

What may be kept

Records we must keep by law (for example, related to purchases) are kept only for the period the law requires. Copies in backups are overwritten in regular backup cycles.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account so you are not charged again.
